What is Surfers Healing?

Surfers Healing is the original surf camp for children with autism who’s mission is to, “enrich the lives of people living with autism by exposing them to the unique experience of surfing”.

The Folly Beach camp was started in 2007 and and provides an unforgettable experience to 250 autistic children and their families, with over half of them hailing from South Carolina. We have attended the event the last three years and have to tell you…it is am emotional, joyful and beautiful day. Thank you to everyone who races, sponsors or donates to this event so that together, we can help support this #oneperfectday.
